Registration Data and Account Security

In consideration of your use of the site, you agree to:

• maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Digital Art Market, to keep it accurate, current and complete;
• maintain the security of your password and identification;
• notify Digital Art Market immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security;
• accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account; and
• accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to Digital Art Market.

Access & Password

The User selects a username (login) and password to access this platform and log in to their personal account. The User is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of these login credentials.

The User acknowledges that the chosen login information should not be shared with third parties and agrees that this information should only be used to facilitate their own access. The User commits to not sharing any information or access credentials with third parties without the platform's knowledge or permission.

The User understands and accepts that the login credentials are used for the identification and access control purposes of the platform. The User acknowledges that this information serves as an authorization document for accessing the platform's content and is considered as evidence of their access. Therefore, the login and password credentials are unique and personal.

Use and License Of Purchased Contents

The User commits to using the purchased digital content in accordance with the respective license types and agrees to use these content items as specified by the licenses. The User will not re-license or share these content items with other users in any manner.

The User agrees to use the purchased content for personal use only, as permitted by the applicable license, and undertakes not to share these content items with any other individual or entity.

The User acknowledges that they have the right to download the purchased content an unlimited number of times during the specified license duration. However, after the license duration expires, the User understands and accepts that they will no longer have the right to download the same content items for free.

The user agrees to utilize the purchased package throughout its duration. The user acknowledges and accepts that any unused credits within the package duration will be forfeited and cannot be utilized thereafter.

The types of packages and their download durations are as follows:

• On Demand: Grants a 1-year download access.
• Month: Grants a 1-month download access.
• Year: Grants a 1-year download access.
